My Hot Water Tank was in need of a new one.  Mark Hedrick came to my rescue and put in a new high efficiency 40 gallon unit Hot Water Tank.  He was very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He had it all back together in less than 9 hours.  I would definitely recommend Masterpiece Repair and Design for future jobs.

I am so impressed with my new AZEK NO MAINTENANCE Steps Mark (MASTERPIECE Repair & Design) built for me on the side and the back of my home. They were built in July going on two years ago and still look brand new.  Not to mention in July the temperature was very hot and humid, in the 90’s and he never slowed down. He arrived at the time promised. He made sure I was happy with every aspect of the job. As I mentioned these are NO MAINTANENCE Steps. Another unique concept that Mark mentioned to me I could do.  I went to Lowes to pick out some Solar lights.  He attached them to the top railings of the steps. Boy do they look great.  When I come home at night, they are always lite.  Great job Mark! Will call on you for any repairs I may have.  

Just to drop a line about some work that Mark installed for me on my New French Door.  He went with me to Field & Matthews to help me pick out a beautiful exterior Vinyl French Door and wood for the interior.  It’s been almost three years since he installed it and the still looks new.   He arrived at the time he gave me, never took a break and cleaned everything up when he was done.  Very organized and professional.

In February of 2016 I had used the upstairs bathroom in my home and left for the day upon my return I entered into my family room and found water all over the floor and ceiling. I wasn't sure what was leaking from the second floor but I had a bad feeling that the pipe line had broken in the ceiling. I made a phone call to the Insurance Company to report the action and went to the Yellow pages to find a contractor to repair the what ever was going. When this Company came into my home they found a broken pipe in the ceiling that needed to be replaced and I found them to be very expensive by the hour and the plumbing parts as well. In the mean time my Adjustor called from the Insurance Company and I asked if I could get another estimate for the job hearing that after they came in and saw the damage what the cost would be to me. Masterpiece was called the next day and Mark Hedrick came to my home and quoted me a completely different price with a home visit that same day. Within a day or two Mr. Hedrick made sure that the bathroom was working an up and running. Needless to say, I don't really know much about plumbing and flooring and the ethics of repairs due to damages, but I was surely clarified on how the repairs needed to be attended to after the paperwork and the time Mr. Hedrick put into the job explaining the grounds of Insurance coverage at my end of the policy and went right to work on the job. At conclusion of the repair work and finishing up the damages I was very pleased with the results of restoration that took place in my home. Actually quit surprised that my home looked as good as it does, just like new again!
