Born in Rochester, New York, Mark graduated Monroe Community College with a degree in Electronics.
As a kid, Mark was a paper boy. His father showed Mark how to take things apart and put them back together, and he had the good fortunate to take advantage of a co-op during his senior year of high school. This lead to several industrial jobs in calibration and where he gained experience. He went on to work for a local theater and then to work in the fiber optic field. This was quite an experience since the market was just about to “boom”. The places he served installed miles of fiber both underground, overhead, and inside structures.
Mark moved on to government security, always building something or taking it apart to see why it’s not working and fix it. During this time Mark became a Single Phase electrician, and went on to bigger projects including 3 phase.
Now a certified Master Electrician by trade licensed by the City of Rochester, he’s worked in the trades for years from small projects to multimillion dollar buildings.

During this part of Mark’s career, he witnessed a number of fellow contractors doing “no shows”. Seeing how frustrating that was for him as well as his customers, Mark took the time to learn that doing what you say is important and communicating with his customers was very important. All of that inspired him to learn all the details of the trades from “Masters”. This has allowed him to expanded his knowledge-base and ensure customers receive the services they need.
