Thanks for being ethical, 2016

In February of 2016 I had used the upstairs bathroom in my home and left for the day upon my return I entered into my family room and found water all over the floor and ceiling. I wasn’t sure what was leaking from the second floor but I had a bad feeling that the pipe line had broken in the ceiling.

I made a phone call to the Insurance Company to report the action and went to the Yellow pages to find a contractor to repair the what ever was going. When this Company came into my home they found a broken pipe in the ceiling that needed to be replaced and I found them to be very expensive by the hour and the plumbing parts as well.

In the mean time my Adjustor called from the Insurance Company and I asked if I could get another estimate for the job hearing that after they came in and saw the damage what the cost would be to me.

Masterpiece was called the next day and Mark Hedrick came to my home and quoted me a completely different price with a home visit that same day. Within a day or two Mr. Hedrick made sure that the bathroom was working an up and running.

Needless to say, I don’t really know much about plumbing and flooring and the ethics of repairs due to damages, but I was surely clarified on how the repairs needed to be attended to after the paperwork and the time Mr. Hedrick put into the job explaining the grounds of Insurance coverage at my end of the policy and went right to work on the job.

At conclusion of the repair work and finishing up the damages I was very pleased with the results of restoration that took place in my home. Actually quit surprised that my home looked as good as it does, just like new again!
